Return Policy

Our products are all hand made and especially curated for you and although we really hope that you love your purchase, we do understand that you may wish to return your order.

We accept returns within 7 days of the item being delivered to you.

The item must be in its original condition and will have to be returned by you. We do not offer a return pick up.

For any returns, please email us on communityembark@gmail.com and we will share subsequent steps for return.

Once the item is returned and has passed our quality test, we will refund your order amount to mode of payment of your choice.

It may take up to 7-10 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
